How does it work?

Once installed, you work through the workflow at your own pace: 1. Build foundational context (your ICP, value prop, win cases, hypotheses). 2. Find target companies via semantic search, lookalike search, or deep research. 3. Enrich your list with data points and tier by hypothesis fit. 4. Find and verify contact emails. 5. Design and generate email sequences tailored to each tier. 6. Upload and send via your email sequencer. Output: end-to-end campaigns with research and personalization automatically carried between steps.

What should I know technically?

Skills are installed via the skills.sh CLI or Claude Code plugin manager and stored in ~/.claude/skills/. Extruct API token should be set as the EXTRUCT_API_TOKEN environment variable, though skills will prompt for it if missing. Some skills (context-building, hypothesis-building, email-prompt-building, email-generation) work without the Extruct token; others require it for API operations.

What should I watch out for?

Requires an Extruct API token for company search, enrichment, and people search (free plan includes 25 monthly credits). Some email enrichment and sequencing providers require separate credentials. This is a suite of independent skills so you can start with any skill. There is no required sequence.
