Set Your Three-Year Vision2 skills
Define long-term direction and life areas that anchor the cascade
Personal Knowledge Management Blueprint
A goal-to-execution system that cascades your 3-year vision through yearly goals, projects, monthly planning, weekly reviews, and daily tasks with AI accountability.
Run this command to deploy the blueprint to your environment.
Connects your 3-year vision to what you do today and holds you accountable with AI. Most people have goals that never connect to daily tasks, so projects stall and goals get forgotten. This system creates an unbroken cascade where every daily task links back to a goal, and every goal gets a project to bridge the gap.
Once set up, you work through the cascade layers: 1. Set your 3-year vision and yearly goals. 2. Create projects to bridge goals to action. 3. Plan your month, review your week, and execute your day. 4. Each phase feeds into the next, and AI agents track alignment across the cascade. Output: goals, projects, and daily tasks that stay connected end to end.
Define long-term direction and life areas that anchor the cascade
Set measurable annual objectives with quarterly milestones that cascade down to projects
The critical bridge layer that connects yearly goals to daily execution through active initiatives
Roll up weekly reviews, check quarterly milestones, and set next month's focus and priorities
30-minute review cycle that processes daily notes, checks goal alignment, and surfaces project progress
Morning, midday, and evening routines that surface context, capture work, and prepare for tomorrow
Auto-detects time of day, day of week, and month to launch the right review at the right time
Commit changes, upgrade the system, adopt existing vaults, and keep internal structures clean
Nothing falls through the cracks because every daily task traces back to a goal, and every gap surfaces automatically.
Runs on bash and Markdown with zero dependencies beyond Obsidian and Claude Code CLI. All automation triggers via PostToolUse hooks on file write/edit. Agents use project-scoped memory to learn patterns across sessions. Uses date arithmetic in templates (e.g., {{date-1}}) for dynamic file generation.
Requires Obsidian, Claude Code CLI, and Git installed. The system works best if you commit to the weekly review discipline (Sunday recommended). Without regular reviews, the cascade breaks and alignment degrades. Not a quick fix for productivity. It is a structured commitment.
