Engineering Blueprint
Build AI Agent Skills Across 15 Business Domains
345 production-ready Claude Code skills and agent plugins for 13 AI coding tools, organized across engineering, product, marketing, compliance, finance, and operations domains.
Install Command
Run this command to deploy the blueprint to your environment.
What problem does this solve?
Builds comprehensive agent skills for every major business function so coding agents can handle domain-specific work without leaving your tool. Each domain includes 4-78 skills with decision frameworks, templates, and Python CLI tools, so your agent gets the expertise needed for architecture reviews, SEO audits, compliance workflows, and revenue operations without custom integration.
How does it work?
Install skills by domain using the marketplace (Claude Code recommended: `/plugin install engineering-skills@claude-code-skills`) or convert all skills to your preferred tool (Cursor, Aider, Windsurf, Hermes Agent, Mistral Vibe, etc.) with `./scripts/convert.sh --tool all`. Then invoke skills in three ways: use individual skills for single tasks (e.g., 'Using the senior-architect skill, review our microservices'), stack skills within a domain for deep work (e.g., multiple engineering skills for architecture review), or orchestrate across domains using personas (startup-cto, growth-marketer, solo-founder). Output: 579 CLI tools (stdlib-only, zero dependencies), 702 templates and checklists, curated agents and personas.
What's the biggest win?
Your coding agent gains 345 domain-specific workflows across every major business function, so code reviews, security audits, compliance checks, and revenue forecasting happen with production-grade accuracy instead of generic suggestions.
What should I know technically?
All 579 Python CLI tools use the Python standard library only because cross-platform portability matters for an open-source skill library used by 13+ different tools. No pip installs, no external dependencies, so skills work everywhere Python runs (including air-gapped environments). Repo follows semantic versioning and maintains backward compatibility within patch releases. SKILL.md format is agentskills.io standard, compatible with Hermes Agent and Mistral Vibe; other tools get converted via scripts/convert.sh.
What should I watch out for?
This is a large, mature library with many sub-skills per domain. Some domains (like C-Level Advisory with 66 skills) require learning the organizational structure within that domain. Installation works best via the marketplace on Claude Code; other tools require the convert script. Skills assume baseline AI agent knowledge (how to invoke tools, work with artifacts). Python scripts are CLI-based; they're tools, not integrations.
