Safety checkedReflect and Plan Your Week
30-minute review cycle that processes daily notes, checks goal alignment, and surfaces project progress
What problem does this solve?
Weekly reviews are critical but often skipped because they lack structure. This skill guides a 3-phase weekly review (collect wins and challenges from daily notes, reflect on goal alignment, plan next week) in about 30 minutes, with optional agent teams to parallelize collection.
How does it work?
Run /weekly on Sunday or your preferred review day. Phase 1 collects wins and challenges from daily notes and project status. Phase 2 reflects on goal alignment and calculates progress. Phase 3 plans next week with ONE Big Thing and key tasks. You can optionally request team mode, which spawns three agents in parallel to collect daily notes, analyze goals, and scan projects. Output: a weekly review note with wins, challenges, goal progress, project rollup, and next week's plan with time blocks.

What's required to run this?
Reads daily notes from past 7 days (Daily Notes/.md), scans project files (Projects//CLAUDE.md), and reads Goals/2. Monthly Goals.md and Goals/1. Yearly Goals.md. Agent team mode uses concurrent TaskCreate for each agent phase.
