What problem does this solve?
Vault operations (committing, upgrading, onboarding) are scattered across multiple skills. This layer provides utilities to commit changes to Git, upgrade to new versions while preserving content, adopt the system onto existing Obsidian vaults, and maintain vault hygiene.
How does it work?
Run /push to commit and push vault changes to Git after reviews or daily work. Run /upgrade to check for updates and interactively upgrade with backup. Run /adopt to scaffold the system onto an existing Obsidian vault (auto-detects your folder structure: PARA, Zettelkasten, LYT, and configures itself). Other background operations (vault-ops, check-links) maintain links, detect orphans, and manage file structure.

What's required to run this?
/upgrade creates timestamped backups before applying changes and never touches content folders (Daily Notes, Goals, Projects, Archives). /adopt uses interactive prompts (AskUserQuestion) to map folder structures and generate scoped config files.
