Engineering Blueprint
Plan Technical Details
Lock down architecture, data flow, state machines, and test strategy
What problem does this solve?
Makes the product plan buildable by forcing hidden assumptions into explicit diagrams and test matrices. /plan-eng-review reads your design doc and produces ASCII diagrams (architecture, state transitions, data flow, test matrix), identifies edge cases and failure modes, and specifies retry logic and persistence points. No hand-wavy planning. Every decision is documented and testable.
How does it work?
Run /plan-eng-review after /plan-ceo-review. The agent reads your product plan, challenges architecture choices, draws system diagrams, and lists all failure modes and edge cases. It also writes a test plan artifact that /qa picks up automatically. You review the diagrams, approve the trade-offs. Output: a technical plan so complete an engineer can implement without second-guessing decisions.
Key Features
/plan-eng-review
ASCII architecture, state, and data-flow diagrams. Edge cases, failure modes, test matrix. Test plan artifact for /qa.
Review Readiness Dashboard
Tracks which reviews ran (Eng required, CEO + Design optional). CLEARED verdict when prerequisites pass. Saves state per-branch.
