Run Quality Checks and Generate Batch Reports

Provides quality assurance and batch-level tracking for your hiring pipeline. The fact-checker validates all evaluations in a batch (scoring math, claim consistency), and the batch-reporter generates markdown summaries and CSV exports for tracking all candidates processed in a cycle, with stack ranking and status counts.

At the end of a batch of evaluations, run /evaluate-resumes (fact-check and reporting are automatic) or run agents manually. 1. fact-checker validates all evaluations in batch (score math, claim consistency across phases). 2. batch-reporter reads all evaluations and interview assessments, extracts key data, creates summary table with stack ranking, and exports CSV with candidate status, scores, and tech match. Output: BATCH_YYYY-MM-DD.md summary and BATCH_YYYY-MM-DD.csv for pipeline tracking.
